Inc.
Availant launched
their flagship product and this web site in conjunction with their name
change from CLAM Associates. This web site launched in six weeks.
My role included:
- Project management
- Vendor management
(working with a web development firm in Canada, an e-commerce solutions
provider in Seattle and a design studio and illustrator in Boston)
- Collaborating
with the Internal Mar Comm team to design the information architecture
- Content editing
- Providing a needs
analysis for the back end databases and GUIs
- Consulting with
upper management and IS team to refine process for accepting online
orders
- Joining the Mar
Comm team and vendors to design and produce product branding and packaging
